Delegated Design of CMU Structures
Presented by Tino Kalayil
Bio:
Tino Kalayil is a Technical Director for the Block Design Collective, a program within the Concrete Masonry Checkoff programs that provides free technical support, education, and project assistance on projects. He is a licensed structural engineer with design experience in new construction, adaptive reuse, facade engineering and forensic analysis. He was an adjunct professor at Marquette University, his alma mater, where he received is BS/MS in Structural Engineering. Tino resides in the Chicagoland area with his wife, Julie and daughter, Haley.
